We are proud to be recognized as the first fully Digital EMR-based hospital in Bangladesh, ensuring accurate, paperless, and secure management of health information. Our advanced digital system allows seamless coordination between clinical departments while maintaining strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

What We Do

The MRD serves as the central custodian of all patient medical records, including IPD, OPD, and Emergency documentation. Our responsibilities include:

• Secure maintenance and management of complete digital medical records

Receiving and processing applications for:

1. Case Summaries
2. Investigation Reports
3. Clinical Reports
4. Birth Certificates
5. Insurance and claim-related documents
6. Medical / Fitness Certificate 

• Coordinating with the concerned clinical departments for document preparation
• Distributing finalized reports and documents through our Report Delivery section
• Processing requests for corrections (Discharge Summary, Death Summary, Name, Date of Birth, etc.) in coordination with relevant departments
