• Involved in set up, Preparation of all kinds of Blood Bank’s related documents (as per WHO & SAFE BLOOD TRANSFUSION LAW’2008) of different State of Art National & International Level Private Sector Blood Banks of our country & at the same time coordinated and supervised the overall activities of corresponding blood banks as per tenure of stay, whose are mentioned beneath.
• Ensure quality of laboratory procedures of the blood bank and interpret the tests for cross-match and compatibility and transfusion related infectious diseases markers used in diagnosis and screening for safe blood transfusion and involved in setting up new and latest technologies in different National & International Blood Banks where appropriate.
• Involved in arranging huge number of Voluntary Blood Donation Campaigns, mobilize the voluntary blood donation organizations to participate in safe blood donation program, and maintain systematic document of eligible donors among various donors’ community as ADVISOR OR TECHNICAL DIRECTOR OF DIFFERENT VOLUNTARY BLOOD DONOR ORGANIZATIONS in our society. 
• Involved in planning and developing research protocol in relevant field of immune-hematology, coagulation and hemostasis, collaborate with other scientists of the divisions or institutions, and help the juniors in scientific data analysis and manuscript preparation and dissemination.
