Our department consists of a clinical section comprising:

• Outpatient department with trained and competent Consultants;
• Dedicated Hypertension, Heart Failure, Arrhythmia, and Structural Heart Disease Clinics;
• State-of-the-art diagnostic facilities – such as
•         ECG;
•         All modes of Echocardiography, including Pediatric and Fetal Echocardiography, Trans-esophageal Echocardiography;
•     Cardiac Stress Testing (ETT) and Stress Imaging (Stress Echocardiography);
•     Cardiac Rhythm Diagnostics – standard and extended Rhythm Monitoring (Holter Test);
•     Home Diagnostic Testing for non-ambulatory patients through our Home Care Services.

Our Inpatient facilities include:

• A 12-bed Coronary Care Unit within our Critical Care Complex, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including Ventilators, Dialysis, with a three-tiered competent and professional medical staff, highly trained and experienced nursing and ancillary staff;
• A 4-bed High Dependency Unit for step-down patients;
• Dedicated Pre-and Post-Cath. Ward;
• Well-furnished and fully equipped Cabins.

We are providing 24/7 Acute Care, including Acute and Emergency Interventions such as:

• Admission, triage, and appropriate Acute Coronary Syndromes management, including Primary Percutaneous Coronary Angioplasty (PPCI), emergency Coronary Interventions;
• Emergency Rhythm Interventions such as Temporary Pacing and Cardioversion/Defibrillation;
• Acute Heart Failure management,
• Cardiac Tamponade management;
• Acute Decompensated Chronic Heart Failure Patients, etc.

Our experienced and dedicated team of Cardiology Consultants will provide a range of Cardiac Interventional Services, such as:

• Routine Simple and Complex Coronary Interventions and Hybrid Procedures in collaboration with our Cardiac Surgery Team;
• Rhythm Management Interventions such as Temporary and Permanent Pacemakers and Resynchronization Therapies;
• Structural and valvular Heart Disease Management;
• Selective Peripheral Vascular Interventions such as Venoplasty, Percutaneous Transluminal Renal Angioplasty, IVC Filter, etc.

We also provide a very engaged and responsible follow-up protocol that includes an innovative Home-Based Care in collaboration with our Family Medicine Department to accommodate frail patients and those unable to visit the hospital.
